  pros: Gorgeous location, large rooms, nice amenities (Pool, mini gym, roof garden) friendly staff, very very good location (right next to the el and the metra)
  
  CONS: New management seems to be under the impression that he needs to "crack down" on things. Especially dogs, this building used to be dog friendly, its getting less and less so. Unless your dog is perfectly trained, doesn't bark, and will only go to the bathroom exactly where you tell him to, this is not the place for you. Failure to do any of these things gets you threatened with the permanent removal of your dog.
  
  The door man is gone a lot of the time, they say 10 am to 8 pm, but what they don't tell you is they take a lunch break around 2 and don't often come back unitl 3:30, there is also sometimes a short dinner break.
  
  If your dog is good with people and other dogs, won't ever bark and will only go to the bathroom exactly where you say to (even outside) then you will love it here, the building is wonderful.
