  What an incredible team of Personal Trainers, Shawn and James. They initially listen to what you want to accomplish with your training. They develop a program fit to reach those goals taking into account your body type, fitness level, and flexibility. They adjust the program as you progress toward your goals to always challenge you. Both Trainers know it also takes a change to your nutrition, which they discuss with you. I am ecstatic I found this awesome team. I know you will be to.
