  NEVER AGAIN!
  
  The 2 star can be for the pedicure the lady gave me a couple months ago. She was new and amazing but this is the 3rd time I've given this place a chance with my daughters nails. I currently write this as my 12 year old sits going on her 4th FREAKING HOUR SITTING THERE!!! If you can't accommodate the customer then DO NOT TELL THEM TO SIT AND WAIT SHORTLY!!
  What a joke! I've always loved the original nail shop in town Ruby nails and I should've went with my gut!! Now my daughter has wasted 4 hours of her evening before school for what I can guarantee will not look to be worth even half the time it has taken. Ugh!!!

  Unfortunately my experience was not great. I paid $50 for a spa pedicure and manicure so I wasnt expecting a 5-star service. But 3 days later I have a very sore big toe and am sure there is an infection brewing. I never had this happen before, but I have never been to this place before either.. I won't be returning, I feel sad for the staff who do not seem to not enjoy working there. I felt like another number and just money in the till
