  The dentist visit was by far the worst experience that I've ever had with a medical profession. I was in serious pain with my gums swollen from my wisdom tooth. The staff and dentist was very unprofessional and rude. I go to the dentist with the expectation of a routine exam and cleaning. The dentist made me wait while he chit chat with another dentist in the hall. He comes in but doesn't even bother to sit down to exam my mouth since he doesn't plan to be very long. He looks into my mouth put his finger on my gums ask if it hurts and says it should be taken out but they don't do it here. He walks out and I ask about my cleaning, feeling like I didn't get adequate service here. He says my insurance doesn't cover it and told me to call me congressman. I am sure it does since I choose an insurance plan in particular for it's coverage. The receptionist gives me prescription and referral but telling me the UIC facility is a month out and that I should call my insurance company to find an oral surgeon. I call the office a week later since I'm running out of medicine and can't get an appointment but they are no help. They even wrote my referral with another patient's name. I'm very disappointed in the level of service here.
