  First off I have to say I've taken martial arts before, I've had personal trainers and spent countless hours at the gym and none of them can compare to how wonderful the fitness matrix is. The trainers are the most courteous and knowledgeable and very friendly. I've trained with Albert, Larry, Richard and a few others and each of them are patient with you and are very professional. I can honestly say this place was the greatest investment I have ever made.

  I highly recommend Albert Ferguson and The Fitness Matrix. My individual personal training workouts with Albert have helped me build muscle and lose weight. Albert is an incredible motivator and during each session, he challenges me to work out to my optimal level. He is passionate to help his clients reach their health goals and I always look forward to our work outs as Albert exudes such a welcoming and genuinely kind demeanor.
