  I would have preferred a van without any dings or scratches but it ran well and did the job. The customer service was very good, was in and out in minutes, both on pick up and drop off. Overall, I was very satisfied.

  Car smelled VERY badly inside. Not sure what had died in it but used almost a 1/4 bottle of Fabreeze before I could even begin trip.
  
  After hours lock box was swelled shut due to heat and copious layers of paint...so unable to drop keys when dropping off.
  
  Other than that, all went smoothly.
