  The customer service is very poor, they are not professionals. I have set an appointment for my husband and kids. My husband got confused with the time so they came late. The first appointment was supposed to be at 9:45am so because it was already late they told that they are cancelling it and we have to pay $50. The way it was presented by the customer service representative is very rude and she talked down to you and make you feel like you’re a kid and that you made a very bug mistake. Then I called back and decided to just cancel my appointment for October 2 and she just slammed the phone on me. The dentist is good but not the receptionists / customer service. No customer deserves to be treated like shit because first of all we pay from our pockets.
