  There's so much to say. My salesman, Patrick, was unbelievable! He was super-responsive, extremely knowledgeable, didn't pressure me in any way, and he was super friendly and helpful in closing a very speedy sale. Patrick worked with his manager late last night to give me a solidly fair value for my trade, sold for KBB fair value, and put together a deal everyone was happy with. No haggling or aggravation. To cap it off, Patrick came in today (his day off) to do the deal since it worked best for my schedule. What more could one ask for?
  
  The rest of the dealership from the GM to the business manager to the porters/cleaners who made the car shine like the sun were all friendly and really appeared to enjoy their jobs. What a pleasurable buying experience. I do this once every 4 or so years, and generally don't like the process due to the constant tension and pressure sales tactics. None of that here.
  
  Bottom line - if they have what you're looking for, give Patrick a shout. Tell him that Ed recommended him, and I'm sure he'll do a great job for you just like he did for me!
