  Do NOT use them for any cleaning services. They will promise the moon over the phone, get your and then on the day of the pick up slip a note that says "do not guarantee" that they can not remove all stains and odors to the contrary of the verbal agreement. They not only ruined my 12 by 9 Karastan (colors bleed in spots) but never got any of the odors out. When I called - I was told to look at the pink paper and buzz off. Very curt and be super wary of this place. Also - this is my first ever Y review - felt so mad and that I needed to warn others of this spot. Stay fat far away.

  A third generation family-owned shop that provides the courtesy, service, and personal touch of a local, small town business. Have had them install and clean carpeting (both wall-to-wall and area rugs) in three homes over the past 15 years. They are also a generous contributor to the Evanston community.
