  Upgraded apartments with full kitchen and windows that can be opened (yes! old world fresh air). Gym is a little room with 3-4 old machines, aka. disappointing. Breakfast is lackluster .. wish it was wholesome/organic given that they have a hearty restaurant next door and they're located in a cute little suburb. Close to the beach and University, so that's awesome but please upgrade your gym and breakfast.
