  I was a guest from February 28- March 2. Generally, my stay at the Orrington was not a good experience, since the hotel had issues with the water temperature.
  
  On the first morning, I had to take a cold shower and I notified the front desk. They said there was a problem and would be fixed that day. On the second morning, the water temperature was barely warm.
  
  When I was checking out, I spoke to the front desk person, Christine and she said they would reimburse me, but my room was paid by National Science Foundation since I was there for a national meeting at Northwestern University. She offered me a complimentary breakfast but that was not an option since I had a breakfast meeting at Northwestern. Christine said that the operations manager, Darryl Irby would do something to encourage me to stay a next time at the Orrington, since my stay was not a good experience. I sent him an email on March 3 with a detailed explanation and have not heard from him.
