  Absolutely horrible. Unfriendly staff, overpriced garbage masquerading as “natural beauty products” made by the rude, narcissistic owner Raimey. She claims to be knowledgeable about pet products but after recommending so-called hypoallergenic dog food, I can tell that this woman knows as little about pet care as she does about making soap. Forego this sham for one of the better shops a block away.
