  Twice when I have called the pharmacy for assistance they have offered nothing other than cold responses and annoyed tones. Dealing with medication can be scary and when inquiring about it in a nonthreatening way I would hope for a warm response with basic human respect. Neither of those was given, but rather indications that I am ignorant and wasting their time. If you can, take your business elsewhere.
