  Right before we left for an international two week vacation over the holidays, we received a letter from State Farm stating that they were dropping us from our homeowners insurance as of the first week of the new year. We had 2 accidents that required coverage, and were both shocked and scrambling to figure out what to do before we left the country.
  
  Then I remembered my friend from my daughters school, Trevor Pachis, had an insurance office in town. I wasn't sure if he could help out, but we were desperate to get coverage into place before we left so I shot him a text. He responded immediately and started working to help us that very day.
  
  After we provided him with information he needed, he assured us that he would be able to get us coverage. Not only did he get us covered, he got us into a far superior product with better coverage. I did cost a few dollars more than we were paying State Farm, but the quick service and superior coverage made it completely worth it.
  
  Trevor went above and beyond to act quickly and gave us the confidence we needed to leave the country and be assured that we would have a policy in place when we returned. Not only that, but we switched our car insurance over to American Family as well, and he offered so much information to us knowing that we have daughters that will be driving in the next few years.
  
  I can't say enough about how helpful Trevor has been. We are so happy with our coverage and the information he gave to educate us on it. He is very personable and very intent on making sure his customers are not just happy, but confident in American Family!
